Wearing heels: As we all know wearing heels is not really good for you. The higher the arch extension the more strain your body will have to endure. If you are not usedto wearing heels start off with 2.5" heels (not including platform) But ifyou are a total shoe slut like I am and just have to torture yourself (oooohyum!) by starting off with 4" heels, Then wear them for 10 to 15 minutes everyother day or so, your body will begin to adapt to the unnatural posture that heels require. Other helpful hints: genuine Leather uppers on heels have more "give" andwill form to your feet better, especially the "vamp", the part that goes across your toes. A wider vamp will be more comfortable than a skinner one.

If you are going out and want to wear heels, Change into them once youget to your destination. Walking a hundred feet across a gravel parking lot in4" heels can be a painful (Bad pain!) experience. Walking sexy in heels takes practice:put your heels on and practice in front of a mirror, PLESE BE NAKED OR WEARING JUST PANTIES. It won't help you walk any better, but the idea of you doingthis is very exciting to me!) seriously though, the more of your shape you can see the better when you practice. You most likely will find that you have to point your toe out so that it contacts the ground first to avoid going"klop-klop-klop-klop." your whole leg will extend out very straight in front of you.
